AMAZING CANDY DEAL!!!!!

100_1488

Ok, so this is probably the BEST deal that I have ever gotten.  Seriously.  I read from this post on Hip2Save about an amazing reward deal on candy at Rite Aid.  Check out the post…and an FYI, you DO NOT NEED manufacturer coupons for this deal!  Oh, and don’t judge me…this is all for the church’s trunk or treat!!!

So, here is what I got…

6 Bags of Mini Airheads
2 Bags of Sour Patch Kids
2 Bags of Swedish Fish
2 Bags of Skittles
4 Bags of Mini-Cowtails  (my personal fave!!)
3 Bags of Tootsie roll Pops
2 Bags of Tootsie Rolls Midgies
3 Bags of Blow Pops
2 Bags of Starbursts
4 Bags of Dum Dums

WOULD HAVE BEEN: $79.50
But I MADE $22.70!!!!!!

Here’s How:
1st transaction-10 bags for $26.50
HOW I PAID: Used  1 $5/25 coupon from here or here
Total came down to $21.50
Used: $20 Rebate Card from Rite Aid from a previous purchase and paid $1.58 in cash.
Got back $25 in +Up Rewards (which is like cash for a future transaction)
In the end: Made $23.50 in +Up Rewards

2nd transaction-10 bags for $26.50
HOW I PAID:  Used 1 $5/$25 coupon from here or here
Total came down to $21.50
Used: $21.00 in +Up Rewards from previous transaction
Total: $.56 for 10 bags of candy and made another $25 in +Up Rewards

3rd transaction-10 bags for $26.50
HOW I PAID: Used $26.00 in +Up Rewards-I was out of coupons :(
Total: $.56 for 10 bags of candy and made another $25 in +Up Rewards

When it was all said and done I spent $2.70 out of pocket and left with 30 bags of candy plus $25 in +Up Rewards.  That’s like making $22.70 and getting 30 bags of candy for free!  Even without the rebate card I would have ended up making $2.70 and getting 30 bags of FREE candy!  Now, that is a deal!
